If you are an existing client of Haydon Optometrists and have had an eye examination within the past 12 months you are welcome to re-order your lenses online. If you are not currently Haydon's client identify that in the comments box below, along with the name of your previous optometrist, to have your records transferred so you can take advantage of this service.

If you wish us to courier your lenses to you, we will telephone you to obtain Credit Card details once your order is ready.
